The coaches see us as individuals and help w individual needs. The community is great and supportive. I love the app.

Great program with amazing supportive coaches. Easy to follow concepts that fit into busy everyday life. Excellent mindset work that adds so much to the program. Not only have I lost weight and inches, I have also gained awareness of how my body works and feels.

I have had nothing but positive experiences using this program. I started this program in 2023 and quickly was able to follow the lessons, coaching, and utilize the sense of community to meet my fitness goals. I continued to utilize this program through pregnancy and again for postpartum weight loss. The pacing has met my lifestyle at any of these phases and the goal is always attainable with effort. I really appreciate how the program brought fitness to me in a sustainable way.

I have worked with the Data Fit organization for several years now. The coaches are understanding and value my time and create programs that feel easy to accomplish and succeed at. I have worked with Brooks the entire time and have maintained my weight loss, and exceeded my fitness goals. Because of the program I have been able to find confidence in myself and what I have done fitness wise. This past year, because of the program, I have been able to run a marathon, many half marathons, and numerous 5 and 10k's. This is a great program and I would recommend it to anyone who felt stuck fitness wise.

I LOVE the DataFit app, the coaching, the whole approach is smart and solid. Brooks & Herman are great and realize the plan has to align with your lifestyle and goals. This is one of the best things I've done for myself in a long time.

DataFit has been amazing! What I learned has helped lose and keep off 100+ pounds for over 4 years. Mindset changes, food recipes and tailored fitness goals/workouts have been the biggest help for me, and the incredible coaching when needed. It’s been so sustainable and I have truly not had to cut a single thing out of my diet… that’s where I failed before. So many short term, awful diets that I couldn’t stick to. DataFit helped open my eyes to a truly life long, maintainable approach, that doesn’t feel like a chore. I knew very little about about fitness and lifting but the app is easy to follow with videos and my coach was always quick to answer questions. Anyone looking to make a change, I can’t recommend it enough! As a parent of 2 children, it’s allowed me to do things with them that I know would’ve been a struggle at my heaviest and I never want to miss out on something because “dad’s tired”. DataFit can help anyone become consistent and stay successful, you just have to take that first step, start…

Brooks and the DataFit team are exceptional. Even after hitting some personal fitness milestones, I’ve remained with Brooks over several years for his coaching and mentorship. He brings a holistic approach to health and life. And I’m always grateful that he’ll customize the program to help me navigate a dynamic travel schedule. Highly recommend.
