Data Engineer AcademyReviews of dataengineeracademy.com

I’ve been with Data Engineer Academy for about a month now and I’ve had a great experience thus far. My coaches are helpful and eager to see me succeed just as much as I do. I’m excited to continue on my education here at Data Engineer Academy.

Mary told me what I needed to know about my next steps in the program.

I've just been offered a Senior position at a company. It took me just 2 months after beginning my job search process. I highly recommend this program (especially the Gold category) for anyone hoping to both upskill and make a transition to another job. The team helped me at each and every step - application, mock interview prep and resume fine tuning. ===== Q1 2025: I've been with the academy for about 3 weeks now. It's been going really well. They address the skill gaps particularly required for data engineering interviews and start the training accordingly. I will certainly post an extended update once I finish the program and hopefully get an offer through their guidance.

They have the curriculum to get you certified and hopefully land a job. It could be a good investment if you utilize it correctly.

My experience with DE Academy has been eye-opening and challenging in ways that promote continuous curiosity for learning. The coaches are hands-on and so supportive to the point where they want you to know that you are not alone in the challenges you face. They are available at all times and provide a plethora of content tailored to the success of their students. My impression is that student success is important but it is imperative to take one's time getting the skillset down and having versatile knowledge as one is gaining experience in real-time. I am grateful for the grace extended as someone new to the field and I strongly recommend those to invest in themselves if they want to elevate their careers. DE Academy is the source to accomplish just that.

Happy with the program so far! I have gotten the help needed and check ins are regular and useful. They have shown to be flexible with my personal situation which is great and demonstrates their willingness to adjust their approach to development on an individual basis. Looking forward to the weeks ahead!

DE Academy has been awesome to work with. My mentor Yash has been incredibly kind, helpful, and personable. I feel like I have an open line of communication with the team for any questions I have. The coursework is very thorough and well put together. For anyone looking to expand into a data role this is the best place to do it.

I started this program about a year ago but had to pause to care for my son, who needed therapy. During that time, Chris reached out to check in on me. After I explained my situation, his response was something I never expected—he reassured me that they wouldn’t stop working with me until I found the role that best suited me. That moment reaffirmed why I value Data Engineer Academy. They truly care about the individual, not just numbers or profit. The program is well-structured, designed to prepare you for Data Engineer interviews, with the real learning happening on the job. I highly encourage anyone considering this path to take advantage of the program and the hands-on projects it offers. It’s been a game-changer for me.
