Extremely Disappointed – Avoid Datacomtools.com
Placed an order on Datacomtools.com and received a confirmation email. Waited 3 days as per their shipping policy—no tracking info or updates. Tried calling (goes to voicemail) and emailed multiple times over 8 days—no response. Finally had to file a dispute with my credit card company. Extremely poor customer service. Avoid this site.
