Never even heard of them and did no online safety check.which resulted in money coming out my bank Obviously a company who fraudulently take money! Stay away for your safety

Their servers are really poor. Every time the server is restarted, it’s as if the system has been wiped clean, and their support has to reinstall the OS before it can be used again. All data on the server is lost, so I have to redo everything from scratch. On top of that, their support response time is at least a few hours. It’s truly terrible.

Unfortunately, my experience with DatabaseMart has been disastrous. I was blatantly scammed regarding the VPS services I purchased. I paid for a plan with 24 GB of RAM, but in reality, I only received 12 GB of RAM – and I have the proof to back this up. I expected honesty and professionalism, but I got the complete opposite. Not only were the VPS specs far below what was promised, but customer support was completely unhelpful. When I reported the issue, I only received vague responses, and the problem still hasn’t been resolved. It’s unacceptable to pay for something and not receive it, while the company pretends everything is fine. I will be demanding a refund for my last invoice because I refuse to tolerate this kind of dishonesty. I strongly advise everyone to avoid using DatabaseMart. If you’re looking for a reliable company, stay far away from them!

THIS IS A FAKE COMPANY. I PURCHASED A VPS WITH THEM AND IT WONT LOG IN TO THE REMOTE DESKTOP BECAUSE THEIR REMOTE COMPUTER IS TURNED OFF. NO REPLY FROM THEIR CUSTORMER SERVICE

l left contabo for datamart but l have seen contabo is better , your only issue with contabo is support and server interruptions especially the windows server but datamart is worse than l thought

I recently rented a VPS for my online store, and due to a recent change of my credit card, my payment did not go through. Instead of following standard industry practices by notifying me and allowing some grace period to update my payment information, they immediately canceled my VPS without any warning. My website went offline, and I was only made aware of this issue when my customers started complaining that they couldn’t access the site. What’s even more frustrating is that I received no email notification from the provider about the payment issue. It’s not uncommon to forget to update your payment details across all services after changing cards, and professional companies usually understand this by giving their customers a reasonable amount of time to resolve such issues. The lack of communication and immediate shutdown of my service is simply unacceptable and highly unprofessional. If you are looking for a reliable VPS provider that values its customers and communicates effectively, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. This experience has cost me not only revenue but also the trust of my customers, all because of this company’s poor handling of a routine payment issue.

Terrible company that keeps manipulating their customers. Rented multiple servers from them (mix VPS and dedicated) They keep turning off the server, closing applications that utilize the CPU/GPU and overall liars. Avoid them.

They robbed me . They add there user . noone there to online support. i turn off the server still they are turning on the server . very bad experience. i had worked them any years but at last its bad experience. i submitted all screenshot on online chat about issue still they need all screenshot on support email. i change the port of the server but still they change the user and login detail
