Not transparent like other broker app which shows all pick up and delivery address and companies name . You only get to know after booking a load and sometimes brokers trap carrier and don’t pay for hassle

Sometimes the filters don't work properly and some loads are not visible. Additionally, there is no protection against scams and no easy way to report unprofessional broker behavior.

I understand that when growing your board there will be problems; however, the new way that the system is refreshing the screen is causing us to miss loads. If we do not stay on the board and interact with it the board stops refreshing. I set the alarm on the system to notify me of new loads when working on something else. When I come back to the board it locked and I have to manually refresh...this takes 2 sometime 3 screens to do it and now I missed the load that would have worked for us.

The load information is very important to me when I am booking a load. However some brokers don’t filled all the info or missing a lot of info about the loads. Like load and delivery date and time. Some even don’t have the rates on. This makes dispatchers and owner operators have to call or email them for it, which is waste of time. I hope you guys can do something to improve and make things clear.

We're sorry to hear about your difficulty with the app. All rates shown on the search results list are the brokers offer rates and if missing it means the broker did not provide an offer rate. If you have further questions we'd love to get in contact with you to offer assistance. Please reach out to us at 800.547.5417 or at [email protected].
It should be mandatory that brokers post pick-up and delivery times. Also pay. That would eliminate calling brokers and wasting time on the phone.

DAT recently launched an Ad campaign worded to appear as if DAT had a load board specifically for SPRINTER VANS. SYLECTUS HAS AN EXCELLENT DATA BOARD. HOWEVER DAT HAS NOTHING EVEN CLOSE TO SYLECTUS....BAIT AND SWITCH. THROUGH MANY FILTERS AND CONVINCING ONE MIGHT BE ABLE TO NEGOTIATE A SPRINTER VAN LOAD ....BUT NOTHING CLOSE TO ITS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED
