Everything was working ok till around DAT update login was having issues did ask help from support but they couldn’t do anything and all a sudden account got deactivated and was told that there is a compliance issue which is not possible since DAT is the one who did all the paperwork for our company. We had paid for 2 seats, one for company CEO and one for manager/dispatcher that is companies employee.
