Darts.comReviews of darts.com

I order some shafts and darts. realized I had ordered the wroing size. Called,ON A SATURDAY, got through to a human being, who corrected my order, sent me a new confirm e-mail, and shipped it that day. this is why I gave them 5 stars. You can be sure I'll be ordering from them again.

Ordering was easy, and when a small issue with my order came up, I was called immediately and offered a solution. I had ordered 2 different sets of darts, and they were out of one through no fault of their own, so they called and offered me a second set of the other (slightly more expensive) darts and also gave me different flights to be able to tell them apart. They are wonderful with their customer service!

Great people to work with, I had submitted my original order which qualified for free shipping. An hour later I realized I forgot to order another item. I called them and they added it to the original order. The items showed up in 2 days. was very pleased and I will do business with again!!

I needed some help finding a cabinet for a new electronic dart board. I contacted darts.com with my question. I expected a response within a day or two, but I had my response in about 10 minutes. When I received my new cabinet, it was EXACTLY what I was looking for. Nothing but 5 stars for darts.com.

I'm a first time customer. I was shopping for a decent full-sized dartboard. I did a little research, and then scoured the internet for the best price. I found it at Darts.com. I placed my order, and within a few days I received it. I'll be back for accessories...

I was absolutely 100% pleased with the service I received.
