To clarify: IP Reputation: All IPs are automatically provisioned and checked against major blacklists. If an IP becomes blacklisted after delivery—often due to customer activity—we offer free remediation where possible. Requests for clean IP swaps due to customer behavior may incur a fee, which is standard industry practice. Uptime Issues: We have had no system-wide outages in the past 7 days. If your VPS was down, it would likely be due to a specific configuration or abuse flag on your service. We have no record of a ticket or contact attempt from you regarding this. Scam Allegation: We’re a registered company, operating transparently with over 900 global customers. These types of accusations are not taken lightly.
