Not handmade. Super cheap material and high prices. Customer service doesn’t exist. Pretty to look at online but it’s incredibly misleading.

I ordered a harness from Dark Rozi and received the incorrect one in the mail. I have emailed the company numerous times and never heard back. I have tried following up on the emails, as well as sending Instagram messages and nothing. Also, the harnesses are not one size fits all as they are quite small.

I love the leather. The look, the feel. My wife likes the leather and feel also. My gripe is the hog tie *air quotes* chains *air quotes* that feel like plastic snapped first use. That really annoyed me with the money spent

"As of now, we have yet to receive our order placed on September 30th. This is disappointing as the products we chose were quite appealing. Despite numerous attempts to contact customer service through emails and Instagram messages, the only communication we've had from them was a request to verify our address a month ago. This occurred after our shipment was inexplicably cancelled. To date, we haven't been refunded, suggesting that the company might still intend to fulfill our order."

Wat een slechte kwaliteit voor een hoop geld!! Eerst duurt het al een maand voor ik mijn producten krijg. Dun materiaal en de kettingen zijn gewoon van plastic. Beetje hard trekken en het is stuk. Dit NOOIT MEER!!!!

Obsessed with the leather harness I snagged! Seriously, the style is on point, and it's surprisingly comfortable. Definitely recommending this shop.

Items don't look even close to ones in the photos on their page. It's just drop shipping from AliExpress. Poor quality and scam

After the “handmade vegan-leather” expressions they use in advertising, with the pricing (which, if it actually is 70% off for Black Friday, must be HORRIBLY overpriced at normal pricing) I was severely disappointed. The “leather” is very thin, the metal rings holding cuffs together not nearly strong enough and we have had to bend them back together multiple times for the whole thing not to fall apart. It arrived in a typical china-package, bubble wrap and a plastic bag. All in all, just ok for Black Friday pricing. It did not seem like a china-product at all through their advertising, when clearly the items are mass produced in some factory, thrown in a bag with some bubble wrap and then shows up in your mail box after 3-4 weeks.
