Still haven’t received any update regarding shipping, emailed twice as it’s been almost three weeks since I’ve heard anything outside of my order confirmation. Would really just love to hear back so I can confirm they are working on it at least. Order no. 63729

My experience with this company has been incredibly frustrating. The issue began in August 2023 when I had a problem with a shipment and immediately reached out for assistance. Despite my efforts, I never received the help I expected, and the issue remained unresolved. The last option offered to me was a $100 credit, which I declined as it wasn’t a suitable solution. Why would I want a credit from a company I no longer trust? I WANT MY MONEY BACK!! After rejecting the credit, communication completely stopped. It has now been over a year and eight months, and I have not received a single follow-up email or update regarding my $61 refund. It’s unfair that after clearly expressing my preference for a refund, there has been no attempt to resolve the matter. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with a very negative impression of the company. I would not recommend this service to anyone who values reliable customer support and proper issue resolution. This is a real order!!: ORDER #58555

Ordered products that never came. They said shipping was delayed by California fires so we waited. Emails went unanswered. I reached out on Instagram and provided screenshots. Both myself and my boyfriend were blocked.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. What started out as a good customer service experience when my order hadn't been shipped when expected, offering me a voucher for the inconvenience and promises of shipment, turned into ignoring all communication, ignoring request for a refund and still not shipping my order that has already been paid for. This is now blatant theft.

Bestellung dauerte 3 Wochen bis zur Ankunft! Ware Qualitätsmäßig gummi und kein leder! Beachtet wenn ihr mit der Qualität unzufrieden seit oder Ihr die Falsche Größe habt ihr könnt nichts zurückgeben!

Ich habe bereits am 31.12.2024 bestellt und auf Nachfrage bis heute keine Rückmeldung bekommen, wann meine Bestellung endlich verschickt wird. Heute das zweite Mail verschickt, mal sehen ob ich abgezockt worden bin.

The shipping tracking site has had no updates for 16 days. It shows the shipment was sent from China to Australia, however I live in Austria. Order was placed November 30th. Reached out via Instagram and email to customer support. No reply whatsoever. Was meant to be a Christmas gift but it is probably never going to arrive.
