Horrible. I received a brand new pit boss grill as a gift. I did the initial burn off without issues. However, when I went to use the grill again later I received a ErP error. I called customer service and they explained it was a bad probe and wanted to charge me $50 for the padt. Why would I need to pay $50 for a faulty part. If this company is going to sell faulty products, I would highly advise to advoid.
