Response time takes far too long when redeeming a warranty.

My battery stopped working less than a week after I received it. I contacted DankStop via email and they never responded. Cannot recommend.

Great selection of items. Dankstop helped level up my vape game.

Although everything arrived intact and in a timely manner, the merchandise was a disappointment. I bought two pipes, and neither one came close to looking like the one on your website. They are also minuscule.

Worst customer service ever! Sent me wrong size items, which I had to pay postage to return and then took almost 2 weeks to send replacements which were same wrong size as first shipment, in spite of my enclosed written instructions in my return explaining problem and how to fix. Then I receive some lame email asking me for order number of return pavkage THEY SENT ME????? I supplied this now still> waiting for reply almost another week so far!
