I was sent the wrong piece but they are resending correct one free of charge so not all bad.

I haven’t received my item I purchase 10 days ago nor has it been shipped.. I’ll change my review once I receive the product.

DO NOT BUY! Read other reviews. After you receive an order confirmation email, communication will cease. I paid extra for priority 2 day shipping. That was over a week ago and I have no clue if it has even been packaged. I have sent multiple emails just asking for an update on my order with no response. Will never use this site again.

Like many others here I too have waited and as of this posting still waiting on my items to be shipped. Got the confirmation email about The items were shipped, only to see the status on UPS as “Label Created” for over a week. Non responsive customer service as well. Highly recommend staying away from this retailer. There are other very good online smoke shops out there.
