Good, responsive and personal service. I had s problem and it was a person with name who helped me. He showed concern for my issue.

First, it's next to impossible to actually speak to a customer service representative. They rarely respond to emails or the web page request. I ordered a truss rod cover online. It took three days to ship. They forgot to seal the envelope, so the item was lost in transit.. envelope arrived empty. It took another three days to ship the replacement.

Response from D'Angelico Guitars· May 16, 2025
Hey Peter, Thanks for providing your feedback. We're very sorry for any difficulty in reaching us and issue with your order.
While I was not happy that my tailpiece broke at the hinge, speed of service in getting a new was great. I replaced the old tailpiece, set it up, and am back up and running with minimal down time. Thanks.

Beautiful guitar and very happy with the purchase. I’m going to make some modifications but my questions regarding replacement parts and/or specific d’Angelico parts eg specs for upgrading were met with vague responses that didn’t help at all so I’ll be getting a luthier to assess what is required. Overall an enjoyable experience however.
