I had a great experience over all

I'm not even going to complain about the shipping which took two months. Or about the fact that the jacket smelled terrible for weeks. This is about the fact that the Wynona Earp Dolls shearling jacket that I ordered has sleeves about 6 inches longer than any normal human arm. When I asked them for a refund, they insisted that I take measurements of the jacket to prove it, ridiculous pictures of me wearing it not being sufficient. I provided the requested measurements, with photo evidence of measurements, and they in turn offered to give me a $15 refund to take it to a tailor to have it altered. These people want your money and nothing else. I will never, ever, give them another cent.

at first, I was not confident to buy from them. When I got the product it was above my expectation but delivery was soo late. it take around 2 months to reach the states.

WORST EVER! The quality of the blazer I purchased was horrible. I could handle it being winkled but it had stains! Plus, it wasn't what was depicted on the website. I requested a return label and they told me to take it to the cleaners and they would pay for it. I told them I appreciated they willing to pay for the cleaning but I no longer wanted the item and to please send me a return label. I was given an address and was told I had to pay to ship it back and I had to provide them with the courier and tracking number. The blazer came from Pakistan and it would cost more to send it back than what I paid! This is their way of not returning your money! The tags say 100% satisfaction guaranteed but it's not!! USA BUYERS BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS!!!

1 month for delivery, payed DHL for almost the price of the product in taxes, and they sent me the wong package. 1 month later and still no refund. Just order from trusted websites because with this company you will struggle with cheap products and bad costumer service.

I love my jacket ordered the Jokers Trench Coat from Suicide Squad. Fits perfectly and is not a cheeesy jacket.

SCAM! I was recently contacted by the company, offering me a 10$ voucher in order to remove the bad review from Trustpilot. I have returned the item I had purchased and of course, I paid myself for the return costs and of course they have not refunded me for the cost of the product I returned. Total scam. Stay away!
