They never delivered my parcel, which was EXPENSIVE. Parcel made it to Australia and through customs quickly, and then DAI post hasn't updated tracking for 2 months and refuses to respond to any contacts. This company is either criminally negligent or frauds, and they should be prosecuted. RETAILERS, PLEASE SHIP WITH SOMEONE ELSE!

Worst service I ever seen. My parcel was left on top of the garbage bin. The delivery driver didn't even ring the bell. So looks like he decided to leave my parcel in top of the garbage bin. Looks like the delivery drivers are too lazy to ring the bell.

Useless. Many emails before they replied to one. Suddenly my parcel had cleared customs the same time as reply email saying it had been sorted.(presume it was manually updated on system) Since then i have had no response to emails. Parcel still presumably sitting in customs for over 2 weeks. No reply to emails. No parcel. Feels too generous giving 1 star. Avoid this company if possible,

Still waiting for it to be handed over to Australia Post because they dont deliver rural! 2 weeks... no point trying to contact them as you get no reply

Whilst tracking my parcel from uk. It arrived at their facility and there it stayed for over a month. No movement at all. When contacted company they said will investigate. Then a week later ooh sorry we have deemed it lost!! You go follow it up !! Lost a $150.00. It happened to be a present for my brother. It was a Manchester United jersey long sleeved.

The worst company of any sort I have ever dealt with. Do not leave a message when they tell you their phones are busy. It will be ignored. Do no wait one business day for an email reply, it will never come. You have to harass them to get any response at all. Bombard them or they will ignore you.

Ordered a pair of sunglasses from the UK. God knows why they chose to use this delivery company, but to this date, I haven't received anything. I received a message that the order has been delivered. This is not true: never got anything. And it's impossible to contact the company as they don't answer the messages. Update: allegedly the courier had left my parcel at my apartment building and took a photo of it as a piece of evidence. Well, he never actually leave it there. Because after leaving the review and contacting the company, the parcel appeared at a local newsagency. And it was in a completely different package.

I have been purchasing items online for 16 years. Only three items have ever been lost in transit and this company is responsible for 2 of them.
