Delivery driver thought it would be a good idea to bend and damage my post box to fit the package in instead of walking the short distance to the front door. Post box can not securely close now. What kind of person thinks like this? They must employ the dumbest of the dumb at this company

What a joke this mob are They have had my parcel for 3 weeks and told me they tried to deliver but couldn't leave due to being unsafe. I have a very secure location with video surveillance they have not replied to any of my emails and don't seem to exist. Avoid this company at all costs

DAI Post sub out their deliveries to Aramex. I have had multiple delivery issues with Aramex and would avoid at all costs. The last issue with DAI Post meant my parcel took 7 weeks from been given to courier to arriving at my home in same city. Their excuse during this time was they were waiting on their "partner company" to let them know what was going on. Seriously, if your partner doesn't talk to you for 7 weeks why are you still working with them?

Absolute garbage company. Customer service does not exist. Lost $500+ worth of goods. Never again.

After 2 months of calling DAI (only twice did I ever get to speak to anyone, and it took nearly an hour of being on hold both times), sending emails (I got only one response from a person) I still do not have my package, although it has been listed as delivered on their website. They no longer answer their phone or repond to my emails, so I have started legal action as these were imported parts with a value of of over $1,000 AU

This company is bloody outrageous. The last gift mum purchased for me before she passed away never turned up. It made it all the way from America to Sydney and then on to Brisbane (which is only 10km away from me!), but now it’s deemed lost. The worst thing is I have been calling, leaving messages and emails and no one is returning my calls or emails. And the last 2 reply’s by email from 2 different people were cut and pasted (almost exact word for word) saying essentially it’s lost, we can’t do anything about it, go back to the seller for a refund, bad luck. It’s not the sellers job to refund me when that’s what Dai’s insurance is for. I just want my mums gift! Do better! And will someone return my dam calls please!

This company has taken their fraud to a new level. They are requesting payment of $130 to inspect a parcel sent from the UK to Australia, Christmas presents for family members. Customs Australia has confirmed they do not charge for inspection as they X-RAY all parcels and charge duty if it is worth$1000 and over. I imagine this parcel will never be delivered. All emails and conversations will be sent to the ACCC hopefully if enough of us complain they will take action. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Same experience as everyone else here - terrible. Report made to ACCC today, contacting a solicitor and sending all files to Police this week. I can not believe they this company still operates! How many of you have reported these people? Please report this company to ACCC at least.
