The service and communication from Erika Dapar in customer service was very good. Issue resolved very promptly as she was able to advise where my package had been delivered. the error in delivery was my mistake as I had it sent to a different location and had forgot.

I had some issues with an undelivered package, but Scott has been very helpful and prompt with his reply. The issue was solved after a couple of days.

I did have a few issues not being able to locate my package but after contacting DAI post Customer care and speaking to representative Erika Dapar (00393580940066215519 CRM:0139313) I can honestly say that a lost package has turned into a positive experience. Erika is the most helpful customer service person I have come across in years and I’m writing this review because of her outstanding customdr service⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Erika should be recognised and applauded. Not only did she locate my package quickly but she kept me updated the whole way. You just don’t get customer service like that these days! well done Erika you are an asset to DAI post.

The correspondence I have been having with Jay, Shaun and Vincent have made a huge difference to my ability to receive the goods I order from overseas as previously I was having trouble with the delivery people, you seem to have been able to sort out the problems from before and I am very happy with the service I have now received, great work and keep up the good work, it's also very easy to contact the relevant people when required and they are most helpful. I inadvertently put an incorrect address on a package from the uk to QLD Australia. Scott at Diapost was able to trace the package and get the address changed which facilitated safe delivery of the package. Thanks Scott for your wonderful service.

Had an issue with delivery due to the wrong address and tricky apartment access, but customer service (Vincent C) was amazing. He stayed in constant contact and helped sort everything out. Really appreciate the support!
