I'm a massage therapist and I absolutely love the information that they provide. And the classes are always easier to understand very clear instructions and not very expensive. Love you guys you're doing such a great job thank you for all you do. And I can't wait to see what comes next.

I love your classes and have used them since 2019. It does seem as though you have abandoned new content for seniors. Kat was an excellent senior instructor. I have tried many different platforms and your is the best both in design and technical execution. I love the instructors who focus on form and safety.
