This company is very helpful and responds quickly. This is one of the only products that my dog seems to actually like.

Our dogs breathe has improved some and less tartar. I also started scrubbing his dog bowls to remove the biofilm slime. I have enough dog biotic to last many moths so I tried to cancel my order for now but the site put me on delayed delivery instead of cancellation. I was frustrated about this; so only gave 4 stars. I will have to try again.

Your policies... There was an auto ship that I did NOT order or want and your CSR via email, refused to allow me to return it once it arrived and credit my payment financial institution! I WILL Never Order Squat again from your company! Period! & I will be sure to tell others when the ads pop up on FB!

The main thing that went wrong is I have 2 bottles of this powder and my dog won't touch it and I need to return it for a full refund because i specifically said, DO NOT automatically send me more until I know for sure my dog will like it, which she does not. I cannot afford to keep paying especially for something my dog won't eat. Now I am trying to get in touch with someone as to how to return two brand new jars and where to return it for a full refund.

My furry child loves the taste and does a little dance when I put get the scoop of dog biotics ready to put on his food.

I NEEDED TO MAKE A RETURN AND I CALLED 707-492-5723 MULTIPLE TIMES AT DIFFERENT TIMES OF DAY AND NEVER GOT A HUMAN. JUST A RECORDING THAT SAID I SHOULD EMAIL (WHICH I DID MULTPLE TIMES WITH NO RESPONSE). VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. WILL REACH OUT TO MY CREDIT CARD TO DISPUTE NEXT.
