Obsessed with my new 'Break Free' hat from DadHatLife! The embroidery is super clean, and the cap itself just feels premium. It is made of a breathable cotton and polyester blend that is so comfortable, and the curved visor does exactly what it needs to for sun protection.

Scam. I just received an email saying they've shipped my order - three years after I ordered it?

Hi Nicola, DadHatLife is now under completely new management! Please disregard that email, it was just a technical glitch with our automated system, not a 3-year delayed shipment. We sincerely apologise for the shock and any frustration you experienced with the previous team. To make up for the mix-up and show you our new standard of service, we would love to send you a free hat of your choice. Please email me at [email protected] to claim it!
Total scammer website. The reviews look legit but they send you hats that are availabile on Aliexpress for less than $1 and free shipping. Then they don't honor their return policy.

Can't cancel an order after placed - thought this was a different website and on looking at the reviews after the order is placed saw it was a scam website that tricks people into thinking it's a different one.

Knock off hats, terrible terrible quality. Took about 2 months for a hat order to arrive, it's completely flat which is... Fine I guess. But, the material is equal to one ply toilet paper. Absolute junk is what they're selling but that's why it's cheap. No one, NO ONE, would buy anything from the site if they saw it in person first. Comically bad.

Hi Matthew, DadHatLife is now under completely new management, and we are working hard to fix the mistakes of the past. We sincerely apologize that your order took so long to arrive and that you were so disappointed with the quality of the hats. That is not the standard we operate by today. We have completely upgraded our products and shipping, and we would love the opportunity to prove it to you. We would like to send you any hat of your choice from our new store, completely free of charge. Please email me at [email protected] so I can get this sorted out for you!
This hat is too small for an adult head. I wrote to the company immediately upon receipt, and they assured me they would send me a return label according to their 7 day return guarantee. I have emailed the company 4 times, and each time I was promised they would take the hat back. They even asked me to email a picture of the too small hat on my head, which I did. In four different emails asking for the return label, they assured me they would send it. 21 days later, I am still waiting for the ability to return the hat and get my money back. This company is a scam and a purveyor of cheap goods. Additionally, when I posted a review on their own website, shockingly it was never published....hmmmm.
