Thanks for the feedback — I want to clarify the timeline and also share how we’re handling this. Your order was placed on Friday, January 17, shipped on Monday, January 20, and delivered via USPS Priority Mail on Monday, January 26. Priority shipping refers to the carrier’s transit time after shipment, which is typically 1–4 business days, and does not include order processing time or weekends. The order was shipped using the correct Priority service. That said, we understand your expectation was to have the item before your trip. While carrier delivery timelines are estimates and outside our direct control, we never want a customer to feel misled. As a courtesy, we’ve just refunded the priority shipping cost back to your original payment method.
