Dachman AudioReviews of dachmanaudio.com

Delivery was quite fast, decent quality product. I only thought the high end would be a bit more crisp, but maybe my expectations were wrong. Still a great microphone and love using it!

Perfect delivery, customer service, and product!

I was made aware of Dachman through youtube musicians/recordists and all information I watched and read about was all positive with quality, service, support, product satisfaction and would buy again. I ordered the DA 87SE and was so pleased with its use I ordered the DA 87I 2 weeks later and am very satisfied and now looking at the DA FET 47.

I’ve never used a real u87, but my dachman audio DA87 has quickly become my favorite microphone in my locker. It’s now my go to vocal mic, with a nice velvety mid range, and a very tame high end which combats sibilance and bright vocals extremely well. I also love it on guitar cabs in conjunction with an sm57 in stereo, it’s really a very versatile microphone. I tend to send it through my ART mpa pro 2 pre, and it gives it such a nice characteristic sound that I’ve really enjoyed. Definitely give these guys a shot, I’ll 100% be buying from dachman in the future :)

I'm one of the music producers for Carnival Cruise Lines. I bought four 87SEs to record the cast on two recent production shows at my studio in Nashville. Absolutely stunning results. I love the character and quality of these mics and plan to buy Dachman 47s and 67s next.

Good good good

This mike is hands down one of the best I've ever used for it's price range. Mimmicks a $4k Neuman almost perfectly.

This is now going to be the mic I will instinctually reach for first. The recordings are rich, full and have that great tube warmth that make any recording stand out. I purchased the mic with the NOS Telefunken tube and couldn't be happier that I did. The mic comes in a beautiful case to keep it protected and all the materials used are first rate! Customer service was superb, giving me consistent updates on the status of the build and when it was likely to be shipped. In fact, shipping was about a month sooner than originally thought so I received the mic much sooner than I anticipated and was able to do some extensive test recordings prior to actually using it on jobs that matter. An absolute joy to use and I keep getting wonderful comments on the quality of the sound of the recordings made with this mic. Overall, a fantastic experience, from customer service to the build quality and incredible recordings made with this mic. At the price (or at four times the price!), I simply cannot recommend this product highly enough.
