Hi Michael! We apologize for that shipping mistake. While we know it was inconvenient, we did get the remainder of your shipment to you immediately and I hope you have enjoyed your full order now that you have it! Once again, we are really sorry about that and hope we can make it up to you with your next purchase!
Horrible taste and even worse aftertaste. Not worth the price.

Hi Cassie! We are sorry you did not like the taste of our product and we understand that it may not be for everyone. We appreciate the feedback and will let our product team know your feelings.
No one has responded to me yet.I ordered one 4 pack on 7/23. Suppose to ship 8/5. Notice wrong zip was on order. I corrected my account information and have been trying to contact them. No luck. Guess we’ll see what happens. Customer service seems very short staffed. No email return. No luck getting messenger to work either.

I apologize for your difficulties Chuck. We were waiting on new stock when you ordered, which unfortunately caused this delay. It looks like we were able to get in touch with you on the 5th. Did you receive your order alright? Our shipping indicates that it made it to you on Saturday. We hope you are enjoying the product and that it has been worth the wait!
Hello, I love your product I find it helps my anxiety so much without feeling drowsy but relaxed. I also enjoy the taste and find it very refreshing. This is not my first time trying the product, however, it is not easily accessible to buy it in Miami. Hence, I decided it would be a better alternative to order the D8 Seltzer water directly from the supplier. The quality of the water was the same as the one I have bought in retail, however, several of the cans were not fully filled. I did not mind, I understand things happen when shipping fragile products. After a few of days, however, some of the cans shrunk in the fridge and with many of them less than half full. I truly believe the D8 team can ensure proper packaging is used going forward and avoid unnecessary disputes wit customers. Good luck!

I apologize for the poor product you were shipped! We had trouble with our previous bottling company and sadly you are not the only customer who had to deal with these issues. Luckily we have a new bottling company and an improved product coming in next week. If you reach out to us at [email protected], we would love to ship you a free 4-pack of the new cans within the next few weeks!
The cans all broke during shipping. Leaked all over the box. I’ve never seen a metal can dent like this before, is it somehow made of a flimsier material than regular soda cans?
