Thank you for your feedback. Your order was placed on October 16 at 11:16 AM and delivered at 12:01 PM — a total of 45 minutes from order to delivery. Our review reminder emails are sent three days after delivery, not before an order is placed. For your order, the reminder was sent on October 19 at 12:01 PM. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify this for future customers.
Support is terrible for this product. Paid for a bot and cannot even use it

Response from D2RGEAR· Oct 22, 2025
We’re sorry to hear about your experience. We’ve reviewed our support records and found no messages or tickets from this customer regarding setup or technical issues. Each product includes step-by-step documentation and free support for anyone who needs help. The vast majority of users set up the bot successfully, and for the small percentage who encounter issues, our support team resolves them quickly once contacted. We’re always happy to assist — customers just need to reach out through our listed support channels.
