Service was very good, And the bike is really good and I believe at a very reasonable price.

We got this bike for our son for Christmas, it was an instant hit! The bike is made well , very sturdy and runs great! We had an issue with the handle bar and reached out to customer service. They went above and beyond! The rep genuinely cared about what happened and worked very quickly to send us the replacement part we needed. I can not say enough good things about their product and the way they care for their customers! In this day and age this level of customer care is not seen very often! Not to mention the quality in the product. Thank you!

My bike is great. I take it on adventures all the time and the customer service responds pretty fast normally. It's a really good class 3 ebike.
