Prepared a spreadsheet form for Cyclopure based on Katie's request. It was very time-consuming work but I wanted to help Cyclopure's work. When I see the result, obviously the wrong spelling on the cards were copied which told me that my effort was in vain....

hello - call us at 312-639-5009 if you'd like to order a kit. Or send a text and we will make sure to call you. The website is working, but perhaps there is a glitch. We are upgrading the site. - I just checked and it is working. www.cyclopure.com
The figures provided a little hard for a novice to understand. I wish there was a “recommended” amount noted so would understand how our numbers stack up.

After waiting a month i finally called only to find out that my sample was not scheduled to be tested yet. After she located it she said she would put it in the next batch to be tested.

Hi Thomas, reviews are a great way to share service experience. But to have value, they need to be accurate. We have a few corrections to your comment which are readily noted in your report. You took your sample on March 13th and it was received back at Cyclopure's lab on March 15th. Your results were sent to you in a report on April 7th. Your statement of waiting a month and finding the sample had not been test is inaccurate. It suggests that you waited over a month to receive your results. Your results were published in 17 business days, yes longer than the 10 business days that we strive for. We'd appreciate the same courtesy of accuracy that we provided to you in our test service.
I had you do a test of my water for me but what I got back for results was numbers with no context. I don’t know what to think about the test results. There was no report of any kind just numbers that meant almost nothing to me. How do I interpret these.

Hi Ed, sorry you found the report values confusing. They are presented in standard format. To your question, "how do I interpret these" - your report included a qualitative statement noting that "All 55 PFAS tested measured non-detect." As you hopefully saw, each report includes details on State and EPA PFAS regulations to provide context for PFAS detections. The State and Federal details also include links for further information at State and EPA websites. In your particular case, zero detection means no PFAS, which as we noted in your report is "Good news."
