AbdulRaheem Is a great stuff member as he has quick response time to my email, great customer service and a thorough explanation of all the questions I had. I will happily buy from this store again because all the products are great and most importantly I know there are great staff members that can help me.

Unfortunately the item I wanted was no longer in stock, so I havent actually received anything from this site and cant speak about the quality of items (Which is the only reason I am giving this 4 stars instead of 5). However, the customer service I got from AbdulRaheem was amazing. He was very helpful and responsive when I was getting worried with no updates to my order status. Went above and beyond to talk to both the item seller and their billing department to make sure all possible options were met before realizing that the item I wanted had been discontinued. Easily got my refund and a giftcard to their site despite the fact that the problem was at no fault of their own. Knowing there is someone who takes the time to make sure I am genuinely getting the service and product I want will definitely have me coming back to this site if/when I need something in the future.
