It was all good I just don't give 10's or 5's. Always room for a little improvement.

We're improving our new support center and response times (usual reply time is under 30 minutes last week). We're redesigning our website and blog soon. Oliver was dogged and persistent in trying to help me eliminate an issue with pop-up ads within my computer. After several attempts, he helped get it resolved. Excellent customer service.

Recently there was some confusion regarding my subscription payment. I contacted the Zookaware customer service and asked for help in straightening out my account. In no time Oliver determined that I had actually purchased a new subscription as well as renewing my old one. I was notified that a refund would be made for the unneeded subscription. The customer service is great.

ZookaWare is a name that you can trust to maintain your computer's peak performance. And whenever there is an issue (which is rare), someone is willing to step forward and address it. Such was the case when Oliver assisted me recently. After a few exchanges, the issue was clarified and resolved. I really enjoy ZookaWare's features. But more, I appreciate its good, dependable service to correct minor glitches because so often they are frustrating and time-consuming.
