I have never received the order

Great company product arrived on time and not broken.

great service but i do have problems logging into my account. i usually have to order as a guest.

For the second time in a row an order of mine was sent back to your warehouse. I time my orders around events I organize and the latest shipment will not get here on time. The first time this happened I was told it was the US post Office’s fault and I saw that you changed to UPS. But now it has happened again on a large order of nearly $1,000. I called your hotline on Thursday and was told I would receive a call back or email to explain what happed. I have received neither. This is unacceptable.

Took longer than Expected for delivery.

Ordering was easy and straightforward. I live on the East Coast and was surprised how quickly I received my order.

This was a present for my son's birthday. It arrived on time and he is enjoying it. I myself seldom if ever drink whiskey. I bought it for my son you did great with your delivery. I was impressed with the packaging. Should the occation arise again I shall order from you again. Thanks Ed
