There is always something good to find in the midst of any frustration. There has been a shortage of many medications recently. Since the shortage, I’ve had to speak with my local pharmacists so they could help me locate medications and/or come up with a plan. In doing so I came across Adam. He is one of the pharmacists at CVS on mineral spring avenue in North Providence. What a patient, caring, and simply a delight to be in the presence of. I was so comfortable speaking with him and he was so helpful to me. While spending some time speaking with him I was so surprised to see how many people go to the pharmacy and get angry and lash out at the pharmacist because their prescription is out of stock. The pharmacist doesn’t have control over what medications are in stock or when insurance covers a specific medication. I felt really bad As I was given a little insight into what a pharmacists day is like. Pharmacists have a lot of different responsibilities and they should not be yelled at and threatened for what is out of their control. Nobody would Like to be treated like that while At work but I must say Adam still is kind despite how anyone else Acts. Every time I speak to him he makes me smile and I’m reminded on how Important it is to be kind. I pray we remember to be kind and treat people the way we would like to be treated. This is a review with the CVS at 14299 Old Nashville Hwy Smyrna, TN 37167. - Due to a hospital emergency room visit, we needed a unique prescription quickly. - We called close to closing hoping for a personal response. Not only did the pharmacist answer quickly but told us he had “one of those prescriptions” on hand…and he’d hold it til we arrived. He did just as he said and we were able to get the med help we needed. We are very grateful for his professional, understanding and quick response!

I would like to compliment Judy at the CVS pharmacy on 39th St, Independence Mo. She goes beyond what's expected of a pharmacy tech! She is so very helpful, knowledgeable & kind. What an asset she is to CVS.

My customer service cashier was very helpful. He went out of his way to go to the back of the store to get seltzer for me since the shelf was empty. Ben is a great employee & is a true asset to the Smithtown location

Just wanted to leave an excellent review for Serena your pharmacist at store 10227 in Santa Fe, NM. She took extra time and care to help me with a care pass question. I really appreciated her thoughtfulness. Please pass on my compliments.

Arian Napoleon, the pharmacist at the Lake Bluff CVS, is just amazing. She can do the job of 3 pharmacists. She goes over & beyond & she's the best pharmacist I've come across in my 60 years.
