Good quality boxes, they improved the spec after we received the first sample, and they are very responsive. We had an issue with the freight and they were always available to talk to us, check on status and making sure everything was done correctly. It was about a 6 week lead time, which is standard for packaging. Thank you!!!

I had a great experience working with Steve from Custom Packaging Makers. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I shared the pricing I had been receiving for previous prints, and he put forth his best effort to provide a competitive price without sacrificing turnaround time or quality. Steve was professional, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. I recommend working with him and this company if you get the chance.

I had an amazing experience working with Steve online. He has been incredibly helpful in assisting me with creating the boxes for my brand, Mirlandecreations. From the very beginning, he showed professionalism, creativity, and genuine dedication to my vision. As a small business owner who is just starting out, presentation is very important to me. Steve truly understood that and went above and beyond to make sure the packaging reflected elegance and quality. He was patient, attentive to details, and always willing to adjust things until everything was perfect. His support has made a big difference in helping me bring my ideas to life. I truly appreciate his hard work and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for reliable and creative assistance. Thank you, Steve, for being such an important part of my journey with Mirlandecreations! — Mirlande Fleurantin
