I haven't received the lanyards yet but I can speak to customer service. They were most helpful and honest. I sent a design and they advised the design was small and they didn't feel I would be happy with it. I made several changes and they were always professional, easy to work with and accommodating. Cant wait for the lanyards to arrive.

The communication was great and I got the lanyards in a very timely manner. My issue is that I ordered purple for the lanyard color because it looked like it was a dark royal purple. Instead I got a lighter lavender purple and it wasn't what I was expecting at all. Very disappointed in the color.
