Hi Mary, We’re sorry that the product did not meet your expectations. We take product quality and customer satisfaction seriously and would appreciate the opportunity to investigate your concerns properly. At present, we cannot locate an order associated with the information available on your review, so we’re unable to confirm that the item was purchased from our store. Our support team has sent you a request through the review platform asking for your order number, the email address used at checkout, and photos of the table runner, but we have not yet received a response. Please reply to that request with the necessary information. Once we can verify the order and review the item, we’ll carefully assess the issue and work with you toward an appropriate solution. Dear Robert, We’re sorry to see this review, but we have been unable to locate any order matching the information provided. We previously requested your order number and the email address used at checkout but have not yet received a response. Without these details, we cannot verify that the purchase was placed with our store or investigate the delivery estimate mentioned. Express orders placed with us are traceable, and our support team can review the payment, selected shipping method, and carrier timeline once a valid order is identified. Please provide your order confirmation or contact our support team directly. We are ready to investigate any verified purchase, but we respectfully disagree with labeling our business a “scam” when no corresponding order information has been provided. Best regards, Customer Support Team

Hi Suzanne, We’re very sorry that the decanter arrived with “Knoxwille” instead of “Knoxville.” This was an unintended production error, and we completely understand the disappointment, especially as the item was purchased as a college graduation gift. We would, however, like to clarify that we have not refused to assist with this issue. After reviewing the case, our team offered to produce and send a corrected replacement at no additional cost. We are currently working with the customer directly to complete that resolution. Regarding the design application, the product is created using the production method specified for this item. However, we understand that the finished appearance may not have matched the customer’s expectations, and we have shared this feedback with our production team for further review. We sincerely regret the spelling error and remain committed to providing a corrected replacement as offered. Best regards, Customer Support Team

Hi Lori, We're sorry to hear that you're disappointed with your experience. After carefully reviewing your order and the order confirmation, we can confirm that your order was produced and shipped exactly as it was submitted during checkout. The item you received matches the product variant selected on the order, and we did not identify any fulfillment error on our end. We understand that you expected a different version, and we're sorry for the misunderstanding. Even though we confirmed that your order was fulfilled correctly, we still wanted to offer a one-time courtesy replacement of the V-Neck version as a gesture of goodwill in the hope of resolving your concerns. This goodwill replacement is the final resolution we are able to offer in this case. If you decide to accept it, our support team will be happy to arrange everything for you. Thank you for your feedback. Best regards, Customer Support Team

Dear Elaine, We're sorry to hear you feel this way. After reviewing your order, we found that the shipping address provided could not be verified by our system. To avoid your package being shipped to an invalid or undeliverable address, we placed the order on hold rather than sending it and risking it being lost. Our support team contacted you multiple times via email requesting confirmation of your shipping address, but unfortunately we have not yet received a reply. We have been waiting for the required information so we can proceed with your order as quickly as possible. We take these matters seriously, and this is not a case of an order being ignored or not fulfilled. We remain ready to process and ship your order as soon as we receive your confirmed shipping details. Our team will reach out once again today, and we kindly ask you to check your inbox (including your spam/junk folder) and reply so we can resolve this for you. Best regards, Customer Support Team

Dear Marie, We're sorry to hear you're disappointed. After reviewing your order, we confirmed that the item delivered matches the Classic T-Shirt selected at checkout, rather than a Women's V-Neck. The same design is available in multiple apparel styles, and orders are produced according to the product variant chosen when the order is placed. Our support team will contact you directly to review the details and work with you toward the best possible resolution. Best regards, Customer Support Team
