Was very happy with the quality and fast turn around of my order. Customer service was great too. My only critique would be to see what I am creating there on the screen. I can do this for rubber stamps that I ordered from an online company., for example. Otherwise 4.5 stars!

The service was helpful, but slow to respond emails in more than one situation. Product quality is good, but was disappointed to find out that the company's web address is printed on the product. At the very least it would have been nice to know that it was going to be put on there prior to us placing our order. We would definitely have preferred not to have it on there. Other than that, we are happy with our experience and would use ELB again.

We apologize that there had been an email issue with one of our accounts during the time you had initially tried to contact us. Our company policy is that we always do a digital proof that the customer approves. In this case, it was a second exact re-order placed. Our digital proof was signed by you prior to production of the first order in November and there was no communication about our need to make any changes prior to our producing the reorder. We have made a note in our system to remove any taglines in the future. We strive to make sure all our customers are taken care of and are satisfied with our quality and service.
They helped me out when I was in a pinch for time and came through like a Jiffy.

I only wished that the website wasn't printed on the side of the buttons but other than that everything turned out well.

Taylor, I was disappointed to learn that you weren't 100% satisfied with the end result. We attempted to call you earlier today but our call did not go through to you. Our company tagline was present on the proof and customers can certainly opt out of It being printed on the graphics (visible only on the bottom underside of the button as you know). We always strive for 5 stars on all our reviews and want our customers to be completely happy and satisfied. Let us know if we can make things right by redoing your 200 buttons at our cost. ELB is a great company to work with. Pretty much everything that you need to place your order is available online, but if you need to contact them for a quote or if you have any questions, they are quick to reply.

The online order process was very easy. There was some confusion on the proof but once we were in production, the buttons turned out great! High-quality product and great turnaround time!

Great pins! Quick turn-around

I let you design the type setting. I would have preferred a slightly easier to read type setting although it may be that due to the size of the button it was necessary to use the type setting that was used on the Marijuana is safer than Alcohol button. The buttons were promptly delivered. The quality is very good and I plan on ordering from you again.
