Working with the female owner made me question these reviews
Working with the female owner of Accodelades LLC was one of the most frustrating professional experiences we’ve had. She directed us to submit revisions and content off-platform, making it impossible to properly track tasks and revisions through Fiverr. Basic issues—such as spelling errors, placeholders, and incomplete links—remained unresolved even after multiple rounds of revisions.
To make matters worse, changes we made on her staging site were lost during migration, and her response was essentially: “Do it again.” Instead of taking responsibility for these shortcomings, the female owner claimed the project was “completed” and tried to shift blame onto us. Her refusal to provide any meaningful resolution and unprofessional deflection of responsibility made this an incredibly disappointing experience.
If you value quality, accountability, and professionalism, avoid working with the female owner and Accodelades LLC.

We’re sorry to hear about your frustrations, but we must address the inaccuracies in this review and clarify the facts.
Off-Platform Revisions: Revisions and content submissions were handled in accordance with the agreed-upon process. At your team’s request, certain communications occurred off-platform for convenience, which we accommodated. We have records and screenshots showing this was mutually agreed upon.
Spelling Errors and Content: All content, including text and links, was provided directly by your team. As a design-focused project, copywriting was not part of the scope. Spelling errors came from the content your team submitted, and placeholders were left intentionally where no content was provided—this was communicated clearly.
Revisions: The original agreement included two rounds of revisions, which were fully completed. As a courtesy, we provided a third round of revisions at no extra cost. Despite exceeding the agreed scope, additional revision requests were made that would have required a new order.
Migration Issues: The website was successfully migrated and has been live since July. Any changes made to the site after migration were handled by your team or external parties. We cannot take responsibility for changes or issues introduced after the final handoff.
It’s important to also note that when the compaint was made, Fiverr thoroughly reviewed this situation, including all communication and project details, and ruled in our favor, confirming that the work was delivered as agreed (and again, more than what we were hired for).
We take great pride in delivering high-quality work, maintaining clear communication, and meeting all agreed project scopes. Unfortunately, a change in management on your team’s side appears to have led to misunderstandings about the completed project.
To future clients: We remain committed to delivering exceptional results, adhering to project agreements, and ensuring a smooth, professional process. Our track record speaks for itself, and we’re always here to provide clarity and support when needed.
Best regards,
Accodelades

Michelle is a SCAMMER. No real web development skills..
PSA: People who make websites via plugins like Elementor vs REAL web developers.
Michelle started quoting me high level agency prices for my project like I own Wal-Mart. Of course, if she's asking for $35,000 for a non-ecommerce website, I'm asking her for at least one single project she's custom coded. She could not provide one and just blocked me instead. In fact, she sent me a screenshot of a website, not a live website- so I couldn't even confirm and asked her for a live link, then she blocked me. I don't know why you block someone just asking you for a portfolio of her work in custom coding if you're going to try and charge me thousands. How I see it, she lied about being able to web develop, and instead of being honest about her skills, she just blocked me. 100% tech scammer.
It seems like most of her customers are people who are not tech-savvy are being charged web-develop design prices for just elementor template websites. I hope people know they're essentially getting scammed because many, many people can make websites with plugins just like her with less than 10% of what she's charging. What a joke.

We have screenshots of this interaction which show that several quotes were provided for different options from template designs to custom designs and custom themes (which was the $35k quote and is not the same as a custom design). The screenshots also show that we've provided links to custom designs. We're more than happy to show these to anyone that would like to see. Unfortunately, this is just one example of a person that can't be honest in their review.
However, while we did not (thankfully) get the chance to work with you, we gladly work with all other respectable clients along with many businesses, large and small, and other government cities and agencies as we have in the past.
Great experience with results beyond my expectations

Excellent Website Design & Service
It was an absolute pleasure to work with Michelle and her team! Our website turned out amazing and exactly what we had in mind. It's modern, user-friendly, and beautiful. As a large construction company, we wanted to stand out amongst the rest of our strong competitors, and our new website does exactly that! Thank you so much for your team's excellent work ethic, communication skills, and knowledgeable advice throughout the entire website journey. We had a very specific vision in mind, and your team patiently understood and accommodated all of our requests and answered our (many) questions right away. It's difficult to find someone online that is so easy and hands-on to work with, but Accodelades went the extra mile. We're happy to recommend them to anyone wanting to build a small to large-scale website, and collaborate with a creative and professional developer. We're looking forward to working with the Accodelades team again!
