the doors were perfect. solid wood. exactly as ordered and packaged good 2 complaints- took longer than I'd like to wait on 2 cabinet doors. about 4 weeks (can't remember exaclty- been too long ago) and... there was no option for primed or painted finishes. came bare. took me longer to finish the job

Thank you very much, Daniel, for leaving a 5 star review in spite of us not being able to meet your wishes on priming the doors. We can understand that it would be nice to have that option. We're also sorry it took us time to work through the order queue and get to building yours. Feel free to check out our expedited schedule in the future if time is an issue again! We value you as our customer and wish you a wonderful day!

We're happy we were able to get you exactly what you needed! Do come back if you need us again. Thanks for the review!
As a homeowner I was a little nervous ordering (6) large pantry sliding drawer boxes and building the pantry myself because the contractor wanted crazy money to make it for us. These boxes are made and finished to perfection! They are much nicer the our kitchen cabinet drawer boxes! Packages were well protected and came across the country without a single problem! Not a scratch on them! It took me a while to complete due to illness, but it turned out fantastic! I bought my own 36” 250lb drawer slides and measured to the 1/16” from the door frame opening. I would include a picture but I don’t see that option. Thank you Custom Built Door!

So, if you ever need anything more, don't hesitate to let us know. Thank you for your nice review. Have a great day!
