CBUS is an outstanding company to do business with. They are super responsive. Very willing to make changes as needed. Great communication and cheerful engagement to make things "just right". Very impressed and pleased with my five orders.

Cherry and the team always do an excellent job on our bobbleheads, they looks so much like the photographs! Everything has always been delivered on time as well and the turn around time is great.

It was a pleasure dealing with their representative, (Ms. Cherry) during this entire process! She was very patient with me, allowing me ample time to make decisions without being rushed! That is something I greatly appreciated. Excellent follow-up emails throughout the process! I recommend this company without reservations!!

Cherry will be so touched to read this—thank you! We’re delighted that her patience and regular updates made the whole experience comfortable and stress-free for you.
I ordered a bobble head for my daughter’s birthday in the middle of May, they sent a bobble head on a man’s body!!! I sent a full pic of requested customization and kept paying additional monies for add-ons! They offered to redo but I still haven’t received the bobble head after paying international shipping fees. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they do send you a copy of what you ordered to review, they only sent a face to review. The corrected one has not been sent yet, I don’t expect to get it and I didn’t get a pic to review? BATE and SWITCH…the worst customer service!!! I spent $125 for a head?? That’s not what is advertised and now my daughter is out a birthday present and I am out $125. You even tried to block me from your site because you’re hiding the fact that your website is very misleading and the product is terrible!! I will buy one from another company but DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, unless you’re willing to throw away good money!!! They offer to send a new one, but it just went on and on because they’re in Hong Kong the response to questions are 24 hours later!!

Hi Teresa. We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate the opportunity to clarify. For this order, you purchased a head-only custom bobblehead. The body is a fixed template, and we only adjust it slightly based on gender. Clothing and pose are created according to the website images. The head proof was completed and sent to you multiple times via email and text for confirmation, but we did not receive a response. To ensure your order could move forward, we had to approve the proof on your behalf and proceed with production. After receiving the product, you left a review claiming the clothing was incorrect. We explained the reason and offered a solution to remake the product in a full-body custom version at no extra cost beyond shipping—this option(full -body style) is actually more expensive than the item you purchased on the website. You agreed to this remake and indicated you would remove the review. We completed the new product, confirmed your satisfaction, and arranged shipment. Despite this, another review was left suggesting the item had not been received, although we had communicated that it was completed and ready to ship. Our website clearly lists production and shipping timelines. We have acted in good faith throughout this process, providing multiple opportunities to confirm proofs, remake the product, and ensure satisfaction. Unfortunately, due to repeated conflicting claims, we must consider this transaction concluded. We sincerely regret that the situation escalated and hope this clarifies the steps we’ve taken to resolve the matter.
Great experience. They try hard to match the photo and do a great job. They are easy to work with and the process goes fast.

From just a couple pictures, the designer was able to create an amazing bobble head doll! They also made adjustments based on input and requests from me.
