Delivery was on time. Sofa was super easy to setup. Mattress is like a real queen mattress very comfortable. Great for smaller spaces and occasional over night guests.

The emails to the company are fast!

Only a portion of the order received with no explanation. Had to inquire and its a significant time to receive missing parts. Velcro doesn't work on the sides so the aesthetics don't look right.

Cushie was a back order so it took a long time to receive the product Now that we have it we are very happy with it solid construction It is a great guest bed as a couch it needs back support like a wall
