Dear AVM, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are pleased to hear that you appreciated the material and our 'Artisanal Quality' workmanship, but we sincerely apologize that the color and the hem weight issue did not meet your expectations. Regarding the Lilith Beige, it is important to note that sheer and semi-sheer fabrics are highly transformative. Because of their delicate weave, the perceived color can shift significantly based on environmental lighting and whether the fabric is layered or hanging flat against a window. What may appear as a classic beige in one setting can take on warmer, golden tones depending on the sunlight entering your room. We want you to be completely satisfied with your 'Worry-Free Purchase.' Our senior support specialist, George, is currently reaching out to you via email to discuss a personalized resolution and ensure your curtains look exactly as you envisioned. Please keep an eye on your inbox so we can make this right for you. Warmly, The Curtarra Team
