The system to set up pickup and delivery is easy to use and customer service is prompt in answering and solving problems. The problem is that there aren't enough Curri drivers in our area with the proper size trucks to accommodate the type of deliveries we need in our store, we have had to cancel pick up orders because the trucks were too small to hold the pallets, this really put us in bind with our cutomers.

Delivery is great, but the urgency to come get the product takes a little long sometimes. These orders are done with very urgent issues during our projects and we have alot of people waiting for these parts sometimes.
