Easy ordering

I have contacted them three separate times because I didn't receive my full order and I haven't heard back. It would be great to get what I paid for. Poor customer service.

Customer service was great. However, it takes too long to receive orders. Products sold need to be shipped from the United States.

I glad you are looking into my account. I tried the belt buckle but needed 2 to keep up your pants. That's why I ordered 2 part, which I didn't receive.

I received only one belt strap when the advertisement visually indicates there should be two straps? Why would curiovas send only one strap?

I NEVER received my merchandise. I wrote 4 emails asking where my product was and I NEVER received a reply. How can I review something I NEVER received. I will NEVER order anything from your company again. Is this what happens when something from China is ordered? You couldn't even be courteous enough to answer my emails? Are all companies in China like this?

i ordered 3 PAIR of the no belt buckles and only received 3 INDIVIDUAL buckles

Ordered a set of two but received only one. Contacted Customer Service and supposed to receive credit. Not received to date.
