Curai Health helps you figure out what to do next for your health — any time, day or night. Start by describing what's going on, in your own words, and Curai helps guide you toward a clear next step, whether that's a simple answer, guidance on what to watch for, or a visit with a real clinician. You don't need the right medical term or the right kind of doctor to start.Live video visits Talk face-to-face with a board-certified doctor about what you're experiencing and get a personalized care plan when appropriate.Live chat visitsPrefer to message instead of talk? Describe your symptoms in a live chat with a clinician and get guidance, and a prescription when appropriate — no appointment needed.Ongoing accessFor people who want Curai on hand whenever something comes up, a subscription option provides continued access to care and guidance over time, instead of a one-off visit. It's built for the ongoing, sometimes messy parts of healthcare — follow-up questions, new concerns, and changes over time — not just a single symptom check.Curai Health is available 24/7, so care doesn't have to wait for office hours. Not everything is handled by AI alone — real, licensed clinicians review your case and are there when you need them, because some steps exist for your safety. Curai Health is not a substitute for emergency care.Curai Health's mission: turn health confusion into clear next steps, every time you need one.

I was in the midst of a migraine, out of meds, and panicked. I googled 'online doctor' and found Curai. Super quick and easy - got my med refill ordered within 30 minutes and my pharmacy had it ready in an hour. Would definitely use again.

Overall this was an excellent experience. I was able to get an accurate diagnosis within minutes, chat with a doctor the same day, and frankly just got my Rx quicky

The experience is great! I’ve been using Curai for several months. The doctors are very helpful and easy to work with. The only downside is that sometimes when I try to get on a chat, the wait can be rather long.

I just want a simple refill of an on going (non controlled medicine) and it feels like getting a tooth pulled

I like how they take care of your people. They take your concern into consideration, and they are very knowledgeable. I love the way they care.

I asked the doctor if I choose the monthly doctor plan for Office visits If I want to cancel how I can do it. I also asked how to sign up for the monthly plan. Unfortunately the doctor was probably having a bad day and got short with me. Saying Its self explanatory in a way to suggest my question was very stupid. She asked my height and I tried to explain my height should be 6 ft 2 inches but due to medical conditions I am only 6 ft. She didnt care and didnt want to listen. No bedside manner. Felt like it was a debate between two people who dislike each other instead of a doctor visit.. Terrible experience. Won't recommend or continue anything with this business thanks to that doctor. Just to tell you I am a Registered nurse for 30 years. I know how important a good bedside manner is. I practice this every day. This doctor was terrible.
