Curacubby has been exceptional with their customer service to the point where I am greeted by my name when I call. They are proactive when dealing with problematic issues on the customer's end and are willing to be helpful until the issues are resolved.

The Curacubby Team is top notch in the area of customer service! This is our first year with Curacubby and they have stayed with us every step of the way to transition our systems over. Streamlining our registration, invoicing, attendance and parent messaging into one platform has made such a difference in our ability to function more effectively and efficiently for our families. Thank you Curacubby for all your continued support!

I have been working with Curacubby since 2018, and they definitely make billing for the 7 schools I work with easier. At times, issues do arise, but I find that the assistance I receive in resolving them is prompt, professional, and thorough.

I've been working with Curacubby for about 6 months (as an independent bookkeeper). I don't use it every day, so I have a longer learning curve than someone who does. What I appreciate most about Curacubby is that they have live support - who are easy to reach, personable, friendly, patient, and very helpful. Thank you Curacubby for your ongoing help :-)

We love Curacubby! The platform is user friendly and very clean looking. The experience is great for administration on the backend and parents on the front end! Customer support is also flawless! We have felt our hand held throughout any technical process we had to undergo.
