I ordered my order on December 12th and it took some time to get my order . Once received it was exactly what I expected . They did exactly what they said they would and resent my order that I paid for . I would recommend this company .

I ordered the product and canceled it before the item shipped. They told me that they had cancel the order but I’ve emailed them now five times since and I’ve still not received an email back from them or a refund back after four weeks. I would stay away from this company based on the customer service. If they can’t even respond back to you, how legit is this company

I am changing my review. I originally gave 1 star due to shipping issues. The company did make good on the order and fixed my problem. After receiving my order I found the bottles to be bigger than I expected and the amount I paid does not seem so bad now. The fragrance is crisp and refreshing. Everyone loves the scent. I feel you should try this but be prepared to wait for the delivery. It will take awhile. If you have issues they will fix it. Just give them time. I would like to see them be available in stores across the US. I think once they get the logistics issues fixed they can be a great company and sell a great product! Thank you for fixing my problem.

I ordered the cologne in December 2nd. Order 125775. Received a tracking number. Doesn’t show any movement since December 26th. It’s going on 2 months since this order was placed. I’ve emailed several times and there is of course no response. There is no number to call. After reading these reviews it’s really and truly sad. We will never order again. I’m going through my bank to get a refund because of Cupid doesn’t respond on a simple package inquiry, I know they are not going to respond to a refund request. Utter ridiculous!

I ordered through GUBOO and believe I got scammed. After receiving the confirmation email, the 'view order' hyperlink led to an error. I contacted their support via email and got a bounce back email saying "message blocked". I hope this is just a glitch but fear I have been scammed.

Shipping did take a lil longer than expected, was also hard to track as the office informed me after their computers went down . All in all upon arrival I did put it to the test . Spraying one wrist with Cupid , one with Paco Rabanne. Millions. Let my GF have a sniff . Liked the Cupid way way better. Got her friends to do the same with the same outcome. One actually sprayed her hoodie with it so . I would have to give it a 10/10 positive
