The things I ordered were just as described and arrived within a couple days. I could not be more pleased.

My first order was simple. I ordered 8 of one size and 4 of the other. I did not receive the 4. If a simple order is filled incorrectly, I wonder how accurate a large order would be. On the upside, customer service was friendly, and very accomodating. They had the missing items shipped immediately. Thank you!

I have been ordering products from you for years and I love them all. I have noticed in the past couple of years, the quality of the paper lanterns has gone down. They rip very easily and sometimes as you are taking them out of the packaging. The paper on the lanterns has gotten thinner and therefore rips very easily. I also wish that there was free shipping like with so many other wholesale online companies but you still can't beat it!!
