Thank you so much for your support! Your generosity helps us fund lifesaving care to animals who need it most, and we’re truly grateful for your trust and kindness.
Too many emails from Cuddly. Every one is "urgent". It is annoying. Yes, there are many dogs and cats that need help, but not every single one is urgent. I have considered unsubscribing because of the avalanche of emails from Cuddly.

Hi there and thank you so much for your review. CUDDLY applies a transaction fee of $2.99 to help cover business costs and fees that are charged by our payment processor. We also endeavor to ensure their campaigns are successful by providing tools and marketing efforts at zero cost to them. These fees allow us to maintain our commitment to offering fundraising expertise, tools, services, and marketing efforts to our partners at no charge. Thousands of animal welfare organizations choose us each year because there's no better way to ensure a successful fundraising campaign. Our free platform, support, and services are invaluable to rescues and shelters, and helps ensure animals in need get the help they deserve. If there were any other fees or concerns I can address please do not hesitate to reach out to [email protected]. Thank you so much for all you do for animals in need and have a great day.
I admire and appreciate the company. BUT it has been two weeks (at least) and my friend who is mourning the loss of her pet STILL hasn't gotten the memorial certificate. I was counting on Cuddly, and I didn't send a sympathy card. I think the process should be quicker, no matter what time of year it is!

Hi there, we sincerely apologize for the delay here. We will check with our shipping partner to see if the certificate was lost in the mail and we will resend the certificate as well. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience here. Certificates normally ship within one week of the request. We will make sure your generous certificate makes it to where it needs to go!
When making a donation I did not expect to have to pay a tip plus the other fees. Very disappointing as this money does not go to the animals.

Hi, Thanks so much for the review, we take your feedback very seriously. Concerning the tipping feature, we implemented this option to help keep our platform completely free for shelters and rescues to use. That being said, the tip feature is also 100% optional. If a tip was inadvertently added to your donation, our friendly customer service team can get that refunded for you. You can reach out to us at [email protected]. Thank you for joining us in the mission to save more animals!
Your connection with pet product providers allows them to charge too much for pet's needed items.

Your generosity and encouragement mean the world to us. Thank you for standing with us in giving sick, injured, and vulnerable animals the care they deserve.
I love the ability to donate to multiple shelters, some that I was unaware of. I don't like the placing of an automatic $35 donation in my cart that I must either keep or remove. Also sometimes the fonts are VERY large & don't fit on the page or they are so small that they are unreadable.

We’re so grateful for your support and generosity. Your belief in our mission helps make it possible for us to help support rescues, caring for, and protecting animals in need. I am very sorry to hear about the large fonts! If you can send a screenshot to [email protected], I can have our development team take a look and see what we can do to fix this for you!
