While I have ordered many times from this company, their items are very good quality their customer service is very disappointing. I ordered a very sizable order around 8 pm next morning got text for 25% plus free shipping I called that morning to at least consider free shipping they would not give any consideration. I will not order again.

The company is not what it used to be 20 years ago. Maybe it is Chinese owned? Definitely some corporate stuff. I purchased a fitted king sheet online for a clearance price of @$100. It charged my pay pal account (like I agreed), although 8 didn't know how much it would charge the account in the end. I was then informed that the basic shipping and handling was @$20 and tax was @$12. Somehow the purchase came out to $140. Definitely higher than a $100 fitted sheet I was looking at. Had I known all this EARLIER. I would not have agreed to any charges. I would just not have ordered the orpduct. Since I ordered it today and then decided to read the reviews, I am worried. I hope I get this in a timely manner and the product isn't bad, but I would not order from this company again. Better just to go to IKEA in person. Or anywhere, in person. After my order was placed, I was offered to be a monthly member by accepting a $20 a month charge (!!!!! Lol), and after I declined, I was offered an even 'better deal'. It felt like a cheap tactic. Like something from Temu. If you're going after the more affluent customers who will pay $100 for a fitted sheet, don't play with your customers using those cheap tactics. I just hope I get the product and am not ever going to order from this place again. It felt like the cries of a desperate used car salesman. But wait...before you go....but wait, there's more.....but wait. You get the picture.

I ordered a mattress cover from Cuddledown for my king-sized mattress. I measured the mattress before ordering to be sure it matched the measurements in the catalog. When it arrived, it was two inches too big all around. I'm guessing that is because it was made in Germany and measured in metric units. However, I think the company needs to be accurate in what they are advertising. When I called customer service about returning, the person told me I would be charged $12.95 for the return. I told her I did not think I should pay that as this was not my fault. She continued to repeat the cost and say they would charge it. There was never an apology for inconvenience or mis-advertising by the company, etc. I became so fed up that I cancelled the other part of the order that was on backorder. Upon returning I put a note in there about the shipping charge. I gave them two stars instead of one because the quality of stuff is good and they did refund me all of the cost of the cover except for $ .52. Why they kept that I have no idea. I will not order from them again. They are expensive so they should provide better customer service.

Sheets unraveling at corner seems after 1 wash. Also they don’t allow an account to be set up and have not allowed this for years . Very strange. I do remember at the end of my purchase it said you could set up and account but something did not work and there is no “Sign in” on the website. You cannot keep track of what you have bought

Very disappointing first time purchase. Missed the 48 hr. free shipping discount as no specifications for beginning and end times. Received e-mail notice at 8:29 p.m. on 3/10/25 and although I ordered before 8:30 p.m. on 3/12/25 discount was not given. Wrong math? Any customer service info link on their site only returned you to home page?? Interesting! When I called customer service "Raya" was not helpful. Reviewed my bill which I am totally capable of reading and understanding and NO info provided on policy or on recent discount criteria. Duh! Some companies give you notifications or "count downs" as to WHEN the offer expires! Must be a guessing game or "read their minds" process? Products seem nice, but costly!!! As a person on limited income I take advantage of any discount I can. And as is SO usual today, this organization is more interested in money and greed than customer service! Wonder where all their financial proceeds go? I won't order again. I don't support organizations that have poor customer service/poor business practice. Sure it doesn't matter!!!

I’m giving this company two stars instead of one because I am very satisfied with the quality and style of the products but you’d better hope that everything goes off without a hitch because their customer service is nonexistent.
