CubeSmart Self StorageReviews of cubesmart.com

Cathy at the Bartlett , IL location was such a helpful & kind person. She helped my husband & I to pick the right size space for what we needed. The space was very clean and our motorcycle fit perfectly in the space. Thank you, Cathy for all of your help!!

My truck was vandalized as someone was trying to steal it. Definitely an inside job. Security system has been down for months. so we’re paying for 24 hour security and getting none. I am looking into starting a class action lawsuit and would like other customers that had a similar experience join me. Please contact me

For the past three years CubeSmart has been raising the rent exhorbantly every 6-12 months. Roughly 3 times the rate of inflation. Greed is the only reason for increases of this magnitude. I will move out just because of this. I had even asked about rate increases upon signing. Their response was small and infrequent which was a lie. No wonder they would not provide longer term contracts. My advice is find a different provider.

I rented a cube in Monroe, CT. For almost 3 years. Hutch and the staff were always courteous and helpful. The cube was dry and secure. My things were just as good now, as 3 years ago. Thank you, Hutch! Sincerely, Sue S.

Price of unit has gone up over 25% in a year and a half. I realize our current President has driven up inflation, but not this much. Good way to lose a customer.

Kelli is a ROCK☆ She has gone waaaaay beyond the call of duty to accommodate my needs. A few weeks ago i wasn't to happy with my last experience with Cubesmart , however Ms. Kelli has shine soo bright I couldn't help but to write yet another with ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ As a result of Kelli's Xcellent customer service. Thank you so much Kelli, you ROCK!!!

I would give it a zero but I have to put something. They let my favorite person in the whole world go from my favorite CubeSmart store. I am moving my stuff out immediately, and I'm going to find someplace who treats their employees and customers much better. This young woman did everything for me helped me in ways that she didn't have to. And they have the nerve to Let Her Go without any warning. I'm out of there. By the way this was the place in Columbia.

CubeSmart is a dangerous place to store your belongings. The storage unit I rented had motion sensors in the hallway that controlled the lights. Even though I turned the light on manually, the motion censors turned the light off and it couldn’t be turned back on manually. The hallway lights had to be activated to manually turn the light in the storage unit back on.
