Thank you for the amazing service. When you read my email and saw package was lost you took immediate action to send out another one . You understood it was a birthday 🎂 gift 🎁 and the timing was important. I will come back and buy more items for other occasions.

Thank you for your feedback. We are deeply sorry for all the inconvenience caused. This is not the kind of experience we want you to have with us. However, our team has already replied to your requests, and maybe our replies didn't reach you via live chat. To ensure our replies will get through, we encourage the customers should contact us via emails. The canvas production had a bit delay due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Your order was shipped out and please check your email inbox for the tracking number. Also, we sent you an email, so please kindly check your email inbox or in Spam to see if the emails are there and reply to us. We'd love to assist you to the fullest. Sincerely, CubeBik LLC.

Thank you for your feedback. We are deeply sorry for all the inconvenience caused. This is not the kind of experience we want you to have with us. Our team had difficulties in importing wood for the back of the canvas, unfortunately, due to the current Covid-19 pandemic. Thus, the canvas production had a delay. Currently, we have done with this and can ensure the fulfillment time from now on. We sent you an email but didn't hear back. Please kindly check your email inbox or in Spam to see if the emails are there and reply to us. We'd love to assist you to the fullest. Sincerely, CubeBik LLC.
Took a ridiculous amount of time to receive. Ordered several weeks before mother’s day and still was almost a month after mother’s day until I received. The product was nice but will not order from this company again due to poor shipping.
